Q: Can I bring in a birthday cake?
A: Yes, you may bring in a cake if you have booked a birthday party package. Birthday party packages are the only time we permit outside food brought in. Please note that the cake must come from a licensed facility, homemade food is not permitted.

Q: Do you supply plates and cups, etc.?
A: Yes we supply plates and cups for the meal, you will need to bring your own for the cake.

Q: Are shoes included in the bowling packages?
A: Yes

Q: How soon in advance do I need to book a party?
A: In our peak season (September - February) a minimum of 2 weeks is required. Slower months still require you to book a week in advance.

Q: What is the age limit for birthday parties?
A: 12 years old

Q: Do we get a separate party room for our group?
A: No, all parties are stationed at the tables behind the lanes.
Q: Can I put my cake in your fridge?
A: If you have a cake that needs to be in the fridge or freezer, we can put it in our fridge/freezer before the cake is served. However, once the cake has been cut and served, we cannot return it to our kitchen.
